At least 26 killed in suicide attack outside Baghdad

At least 26 people have reportedly been killed, and 71 others injured, in a suicide attack at a park outside Baghdad.

According to Reuters the security head in Babel province where the bomb, claimed by so-called Islamic State, went off confirmed an attacker detonated an explosive belt in Iskandariya at around 7.15pm local time on Friday.

The blast, 25 miles south of the capital, went off at the end of an amateur soccer game.
