Uefa charge Tarasov over pro-Putin t-shirt

Uefa have opened disciplinary proceedings against Lokomotiv Moscow and Dmitri Tarasov over the player's pro-Putin t-shirt.

The Russian has been charged for making a political statement during the Europa League clash with Fenerbahce on Tuesday.

Charges against Lokomotiv:

Improper conduct of Lokomotiv player Dmitry Tarasov after the match – Law 4 of Laws of the game and Art. 4.01 of the competition regulations

The case will be dealt with by the UEFA Control Ethics and Disciplinary Body on 17 March.
