Paris attack mourners gather outside Notre Dame

Thousands of mourners gathered outside Notre Dame Cathedral where a service has been held following Friday's terror attacks in Paris.

Like other public spaces in Paris, the cathedral has been closed since Friday's atrocities.

It opened today for a special memorial service to honour the dead.
