An 18-month-old Palestinian child has been killed in a suspected arson attack by Jewish extremists in the occupied West Bank.
Several people were injured in the house fire in a village near the West Bank city of Nablus, Israeli police said.
The Israeli Prime Minister has condemned a terror attack which killed a toddler and ordered security forces to "use all means" to bring the perpetrators to justice.
Benjamin Netanyahu said he was "shocked over this reprehensible and horrific act".
He added: "This is an act of terrorism in every respect. The Government of Israel is united in its strong opposition to such deplorable and awful acts."
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
