Juventus hero Pirlo looks set for MLS move

Italian midfielder Andrea Pirlo is set to join New York City on a free transfer when his Juventus deal expires at the end of the month.

Pirlo was in attendance for New York City's defeat to New York Red Bulls at Yankee Stadium on Sunday.

If he does move to the Big Apple, he will join the likes of Frank Lampard and David Villa in the City ranks.
