Cameron urges tactical vote 'to block SNP and Labour'
David Cameron will appeal to Ukip and Liberal Democrat backers to vote tactically to block a "calamitous" tie-up between Ed Miliband and the SNP.
In the final push for votes ahead of polling day on Thursday, and with opinion polls still showing the Conservatives and Labour effectively deadlocked, the PM will urge voters to "stop and think" about the danger they face and consider carefully who they would prefer in Downing Street.
Hoping to capitalise on his relatively strong personal ratings, Mr Cameron will insist that voting Ukip or Lib Dem will not see him "remain as your Prime Minister".
Speaking in Warwickshire, the Tory leader will add: "If you have a view about who you would prefer as a Prime Minister, express it at the ballot box - the outcome won't be decided in any other way."
