Duke and Duchess head to Norfolk with Princess Charlotte

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have left Kensington Palace with their four-day-old daughter Princess Charlotte and her elder brother George for their Norfolk home Anmer Hall.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge named their daughter Charlotte Elizabeth Diana in honour of the Queen and also Prince William's mother.

London landmarks turn pink for baby princess

Some of London's most famous landmarks turned pink tonight to celebrate the birth of the new baby princess.

Tower Bridge shone fuchsia after darkness fell and the BT Tower was emblazoned with the words "it's a girl".
