Man Utd edge closer to Gundogan deal
Manchester United are reportedly on the brink of agreeing a £15m deal with Borussia Dortmund for the services of midfielder Ilkay Gundogan, 24.
All at Old Trafford will hope that Gundogan proves to be more of a hit than Shinji Kagawa, who signed for United from Dortmund in 2012 but failed to shine before returning to the Bundesliga club.
United manager Louis van Gaal is also very keen on signing Dortmund captain and centre-back Mats Hummels, 26, although that deal appears to be a longer shot as the Germany international is rated at £36m.
