State of emergency declared as Chile wildfires rage on

A state of emergency has been declared in Chile after a forest fire forced thousands to flee their homes.

Firefighters continued to battle the flames today, to stop the fire spreading, as an estimated 5,000 people were evacuated from the port city of Valparaiso.
