Paris to sue Fox News over 'no go insult', CNN reports

Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo has said she intends to sue Fox News after the channel claimed there were areas in the city that are "no go" zones for non-Muslims, according to CNN.

In an interview with CNN's Christiane Amanpour, Ms Hidalgo said reporting from Fox News in the aftermath of a series of terror attacks, was insulting.

She said: "When we're insulted, and when we've had an image, then I think we'll have to sue, I think we'll have to go to court, in order to have these words removed.

"The image of Paris has been prejudiced, and the honor of Paris has been prejudiced."
