Mike Read's Ukip Calypso misses out on Top 40 place

The former Radio 1 DJ's song about Ukip did not manage to take a place in the Official Singles Chart Top 40.

A Ukip party spokesman said the DJ had been the victim of the "'right on' media" and the song was "just a bit of fun".
