BBC's Savile review to be published after Travis trial

The BBC's review into how shamed entertainer Jimmy Savile carried out a campaign of abuse over decades will not be published until after Dave Lee Travis' forthcoming trial.

Dame Janet Smith, who is leading the review, will reportedly uncover hundreds of victims and reveal a culture of ignorance which "protected" Savile.

But it will not published until the Travis case has concluded as it could be prejudicial.
