Pro-Russian separatists seize another eastern Ukraine town

Armed pro-Russian separatists have taken control of the east Ukrainian town of Kostyantynivka today. Separatists in Slaviansk yesterday released one of eight OSCE monitors they are holding.

'No other' OSCE members released 'any time soon'

Speaking from Donetsk, ITV News' European Editor James Mates has reported that Pro-Russian separatists have said that "no other" OSCE observers will be released, "any time soon."

One of the eight European observers being detained by pro-Russian separatists in the eastern Ukraine city of Slaviansk was released today, after suffering from "mild diabetes."
