Police re-capture government building in Donetsk
Police re-captured the administrative headquarters of the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk and have around 68 pro-Russian protesters in custody who are being questioned over the occupation.

Russian soldiers guard a Ukrainian military base at Perevalne, Crimea. The base, believed to house Ukrainian marines, is surrounded by a large Russian force.
Ukrainian troops inside the base are refusing to surrender while some Russian soldiers are praying outside.
