A source in the Russian foreign ministry has said US national security advisor Susan Rice should urge her own country, rather than Russia, to avoid the use of force in Ukraine.
The remarks come after Rice, President Barack Obama's National Security Advisor, said that the possibility of Russia sending troops to the Ukraine would be a "grave mistake".
