The United States has warned Russia that it would be a "grave mistake" to embark on military intervention in Ukraine.
Ashton set to travel to Kiev and meet key stakeholders
The EU's high representative Catherine Ashton will travel to Ukraine tomorrow to meet key stakeholders and discuss a "lasting solution to the political crisis," the EU said in a statement.
Baroness Ashton will also discuss the economic situation and potential EU financial aid.
