Every resource is available to communities affected by flooding, Communities Secretaries Eric Pickles said in response to Labour's urgent question in the Commons.
Mr Pickles accused shadow environment secretary Maria Eagle of being hung up on "procedure" after she criticised him over the government's slow response along the River Thames.
