Ericia Olivares has been without heating for five days, and yesterday told the Prime Minister her local council in Kent have been uncontactable over Christmas and did nothing to help her or others afflicted by the storm. She said:
"Until we started screaming and hollering yesterday, nobody took a blind bit of notice."
