Hibernian said on their official website that 18-year-old David Paul passed away in the early hours of Sunday, with no suspicious circumstances, while Tynecastle reported the death of 13-year-old player Jamie Skinner during a match today.
Tynecastle FC said Jamie would have had a bright future in the game and everyone at the club was "in total shock" at his death. Jamie moved to the club recently after playing for Hearts Under-14s.
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
