Day of 'prayer and reflection' in South Africa for Mandela
South African president Jacob Zuma has lead tributes to Nelson Mandela at a church service in Johannesburg. Mandela's funeral will take place on Sunday 15th December in Qunu, Eastern Cape.
Nelson Mandela's family speak publicly about their loss
Nelson Mandela's family have spoken publicly for the first time about their loss. They say his death has caused them much grief, but add that "his spirit is still with us."
They also thanked people around the world for their sympathy and support.
