David Cameron surveyed the extent of the flood damage as he visited a town hit by last week's tidal surge. The Prime Minister visited Wells-next-the-Sea in north Norfolk and met those whose properties were damaged.
Four other people sustained minor injuries when a truck overturned in high winds in West Lothian this morning, police said.
The incident, involving a lorry and two cars, happened on the A801, one mile north of the Boghead Roundabout.
