More than 1,000 NatWest and RBS branches will open early on Wednesday after a glitch left customers unable to use credit and debit cards for three hours on Monday evening.

Online banking services appear to be working again on the RBS, NatWest and Ulster Bank websites.
Previously, the log-in pages of all three banks were displaying an error message.
It is not clear whether card services are working again.
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
