The number of signatures supporting an online petition which has called for the EuroMillions £12 million prize to be donated to the Philippines has shot up to more than 58,000.
Rachel Riddall, 43, who set up the site said: "On Tuesday, £12m (15 million euro), said: "On Tuesday, £12m (15 million euro) was up for grabs from the EuroMillions prize draw but there were no winners.
"I'd just finished watching the 10 o'clock news and saw the shocking, harrowing scenes of the suffering in the Philippines, where millions of people have had their lives torn apart by a typhoon."
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
The US president also shared a post on Twitter accusing Dr Anthony Fauci of misleading the public over hydroxychloroquine.
