'Beyond doubt' that Assad used chemical weapons

John Kerry said that it was beyond any reasonable doubt that the Assad regime used chemical weapons.

Speaking to a senate hearing on military action in Syria, he said: "We can tell you beyond any reasonable doubt that the Assad regime carried out chemical attack in Syria."

He added that all the weapons recorded by the US landed on opposition areas only, saying: "No rockets landed in regime areas."
