The former newspaper tycoon Eddy Shah has said that underage girls who engage in consensual sex must "take the blame" for the abuse they suffer, in his first interview since he was cleared of raping a teenager in the 1990s.
Speaking to BBC Radio 5Live, Mr Shah said that historically "rape was a technical thing - below a certain age."
"But these girls were going out with pop groups and becoming groupies and throwing themselves at them," he added.
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
The US president also shared a post on Twitter accusing Dr Anthony Fauci of misleading the public over hydroxychloroquine.
