Dead shark found on New York subway

Morning commuters in New York were greeted by an unusual passenger on the subway.

Early this morning a small dead shark was spotted on the floor of the Queens-bound N train.

It is not known how the shark, which was around 1.5 foot long, got on the train however a subway operator told gothamist.com that it "disposed of the shark in the trash."
