North Korea expresses 'absolute solidarity' with Syria

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un welcomed a delegation from the Syrian regime and expressed his country's "absolute solidarity" with the country "in the face of imperialism," Syrian state news reported.

The delegation from Syria's Baath Arab Socialist Party (BASP) visited North Korea to participate in celebrations to mark 60 years since the Korean war, the news agency said.
