Magdelena Luczak, mother of Daniel Pelka, has told her trial she did not take her son to the doctors because he "would always have lots of bruises". Luczak and her ex partner Mariusz Krezolek, deny murder and causing or allowing the death of a child.
A mother accused of murdering her four year old son today blamed his stepfather for beating him about the head before he died.
She told a court that her partner "hated" Daniel Pelka and prevented her from feeding him, as well as punishing him nearly every day.
Both deny murdering Daniel.
