The Queen enjoys a summer cruise on the Thames
The Queen has been making the most of the warm weather with a trip down the Thames in the royal barge, Gloriana. At one point, the royals passed a group travelling on a narrowboat.
The vessel which was used during the Diamond Jubilee celebrations was rowed along the river for several miles. The Queen could be seen inside chatting to the Countess of Wessex.
The Queen's sons the Duke of York and Earl of Wessex stood at the bow as Gloriana set off from near Windsor Castle.
