Report: US 'bugged EU offices' - Der Spiegel

A German magazine claims that it has seen a secret document showing that the US has bugged EU offices.

Der Spiegel claims it was shown a "top secret" document by Edward Snowden, and that the US has bugged EU offices in Washingon and at UN headquarters in New York.

The US has yet to comment on Der Spiegel's claim.
