Fathers4Justice campaigner Tim Haries has vowed to continue a campaign of direct action just hours after being released on conditional bail at Westminister Magistrates Court.

The father of two said fathers "would be failing in their responsibility and duty of care" to this children if they failed to fight for them, especially in the run up to Father's Day. He said:

"We recently celebrated the 100th anniversary of the suffragettes yet people condemn me for pursuing the same desperate course of action - making a direct plea to my Queen - whose crest hangs behind every family court judge in this country.”
