Fire at collapsed Dhaka factory 'caused by sparks'

Officials said a fire that broke out at the wreckage of a factory building in Bangladesh was caused by sparks generated as rescuers tried to cut through a steel rod to reach a survivor, the Associated Press reported.

Rescue workers have retreated from the area where the fire is located as firefighters try to control the blaze.
