David Cameron celebrates 46th birthday with a curry

Despite David Cameron's 46th birthday clashing with the Tory Conference the Prime Minister didn't let the occasion pass him by without a small celebration. Mr Cameron and his wife Samantha popped out for a quick Birmingham balti.
