Safety of Hillsborough crowds 'compromised at every level'

The Prime Minister said the panel involved in the Hillsborough inquiry found the safety of the crowds at Hillsborough had been "compromised at every level".

Mr Cameron said the report had found no evidence that the government tried to conceal the truth about events.

Mr Cameron said the new evidence raised "must be examined", and the Attorney General would be considering it as quickly as possible.
