Sophie Wells who won a second medal this morning has described the atmosphere at the Paralympic Games, "It has just been the most incredible experience.
"I don't think that life will ever be the same again or that we will ever be able to top this experience again."
The Nottinghamshire rider, who was born with amniotic band syndrome which affects her joints, says she struggles with the idea that people may think of her as an inspiration.
"It is hard because I never see myself like that," she said.
"When people say you are an inspiration, it is a little bit hard for me to get my head around because I still feel like I am still just a girl who loves riding ponies.
"I do what I love. It is very humbling to think that you can inspire people by doing something that you love."
Wheelchair racer David Weir rounded off a medal-laden day for Great Britain in the Paralympics.
Ellie Simmonds swims for her third Gold. The first boccia medals will be awarded while the shooter Matt Skelhon hopes to improve.
