The Guardian is reporting that; "David Cameron will warn Francois Hollande that he will block new governance arrangements for the eurozone if the EU refuses to allow a renegotiation of Britain's relationship with Brussels."
Number 10 has aid that the Prime Minister and French President will discuss the eurozone crisis when they meet later today.
The Guardian claims that there are hopes the meeting will foster warmer relations between the leaders.
Even before Mr Hollande was elected there were signs of strain - with Mr Cameron refusing to meet him when he visited London during the election campaign.
The Democratic presidential candidate may also have shown his cards on his choice of running mate.
The US president also shared a post on Twitter accusing Dr Anthony Fauci of misleading the public over hydroxychloroquine.
