Murder probe after stabbing at club

A murder inquiry has been launched after a man was stabbed in the chest at a nightclub in Reading, Thames Valley Police said.

Officers were called to the Face Bar in Chatham Street, Reading, Berkshire, following reports that a man had been injured at around 3.50am today.

The victim, whose identity and age have not been disclosed, was taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital but died a short time later.
