The Prime Minister has revealed plans for housing benefit to be cut for people aged under 25.
Grayling defends welfare plans
Chris Grayling, Employment Minister, defended the Government's plans saying the "welfare state should be a safety net, it should be there to help you when you run into difficult times, when you lose your job, when you become sick. It's not a be-all and end-all in all circumstances."
