Furious outgoing Tory council leader's message to David Cameron

"David Cameron will be knowing in the next week or so exactly how I feel," says Cllr Vivien Pengelly, outgoing Conservative leader of Plymouth City Council.

"He must listen to the people," she says, referencing "the Jeremy Hunt fiasco" and the way deficit reduction is "affecting very vulnerable people, especially here in the south west."
