Three arrested after Gateshead street fight

Police are appealing for information after a fight in a street in Gateshead.

Around 10:30pm on Friday April 15 - several men were involved in an fight in the street in the Old Fold area (near to the junction of Eastwood Gardens and Pattinson Gardens).

Witnesses said they saw the men - possibly armed with weapons - fighting in the street before escaping in cars.

Three men have been arrested and bailed pending further enquiries.
