Mahsum Sultan has said the sudden and violent way that his brother died has left their "world totally shattered".
Speaking at a press conference this morning he said the "devoted father" was the foundation of their family:
32-year-old Tipu Sultan was shot last Tuesday night outside the Herbs and Spices kitchen where he worked.
