Large fire at Thirsk recycling plant under control

A fire at a recycling plant in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, is under control but the fire service said it could be tomorrow before the flames are fully out. Thick smoke went up over the town and a stretch of the A19, after the fire broke out. It is the second fire in three years at the plant.
