ROADS: A19 - SOUTHBOUND - NEW HERRINGTON - TYNE AND WEAR
Queueing traffic and partially blocked due to accident, three cars involved on A19 Southbound at A183, congestion on A19 to A690 Durham Road / B1286 City Way (Herrington Interchange) and on A19 to A1231 Wessington Way.
Police are on the scene dealing with the accident just after the Hylton Bridge.
Traffic is also queueing on the Northbound side from Seaton past the scene.
