North Yorkshire attraction wins two national heritage awards
Kiplin Hall has been named the winner in two categories at a prestigious awards ceremony in London.
The 17th century hall near Richmond was chosen as the nation's Hidden Gem.
It also won the Best New Discovery category, in recognition of archive research that led to stolen property being returned to the Jacobean hall.
The Hudson's Heritage Awards were presented by the broadcasters Lucinda Lambton and Loyd Grossman.
