Horse care 'experts' guilty of animal cruelty

A woman who wrote books and magazine articles on the care of horses has been banned from keeping the animals indefinitely after she and her husband were found guilty of causing unnecessary suffering.

Lesley Skipper and her husband Brian were found guilty of six charges after three of their horses had to be put down due to disease.
