Norma Bell: Court trial hears of her fostering history

A court, in the trial of a man accused of murdering a Hartlepool grandmother, has heard about her fostering history.

The body of Norma Bell was discovered in her home, on Westbourne road, last April. Wire cable was found around her neck, and the property was also on fire.

Christopher Tehrani QC (prosecution) said:

Gareth Dack, 33, denies murder and arson.
