Muslim men offered visas for family members and waived speeding tickets to spy on community

Two Muslim men from Teesside claim they were offered incentives by the security services to monitor people in their communities. The incentives included a promise that police would waive any speeding tickets the men received, and free visas for family members wishing to come to the UK.
The Home Office has said they "do not comment on the operational work of the security agencies".
