Police concerned for missing Middlesbrough man

Police are increasingly concerned for the whereabouts of a vulnerable 57-year-old man who went missing in the Middlesbrough area this evening (Tuesday, 16th December).

James Ryan was last seen at around 8.20pm leaving an address on Delamere Road in Middlesbrough.

Mr Ryan suffers from an illness and it is believed that he has not taken his medication with him. The effects of his illness mean that he can come across as confused or agitated.

He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black T-shirt, bluejeans and Adidas trainers.

Anyone who may know the whereabouts of Mr Ryan or anyone who may have seen him is asked to contact Cleveland Police.
