A menswear shop in Alnwick named after a local hero will be able to keep its name.
Lisa Aynsley, the owner of Hotspur 1364, was told by Tottenham Hotspur Football Club that she would have to change the name because they owned the rights to the name "Hotspur".
But after talks the club has agreed to let Lisa continue her business under the original name.
Harry Percy was born in Alnwick Castle in 1364 and given the nickname "Hotspur" because of his prowess in battle.
