The shooting at a Florida nightclub, which left at least two dead and over a dozen injured, was "not terrorist related".
Police in the US state said the deadly shooting in Fort Myers was "not an act of terror".
Officials also confirmed the ages of two people known to have died in the attack as 14 - already identified as aspiring basketball player Stefan Strawder - and 18.

Timothy Settles shared the image on his Facebook page - writing earlier: "I don't want to die."

Club 'deeply sorry' after shooting leaves two dead
The club where two people were killed and more than a dozen injured in a shooting at a teen night has said it is "deeply sorry" for "despicable act".
A statement on their Facebook page said: "We tried to give teens what we thought was a safe place to go to have a good time."
There was armed security inside and outside the club but "there was nothing more we could have done," it said.
It added the shooting started as parents were picking their children up and those leaving the club were not the perpetrators.

The youngest victim of the Fort Myers club shooting was just 12 years old.
A spokesman for Lee Memorial Hospital, where the victims were taken, said they ranged in age from 12 to 27.

Two dead and two fighting for lives after club shooting
Two people are dead and another two are fighting for their lives after a nightclub shooting in Fort Myers.
Lee Memorial Hospital, where the wounded were taken, said 16 people were treated in the trauma centre and A&E department.
Of those two are in intensive care, one person is in a critical condition, while another is a serious condition.
The other victims were treated and released.
Girl, 13, among those shot at teen night in Fort Myers
A 13-year-old girl is among those who were shot at a teen night at a Fort Myers club.
Witness Tatianna Nouhaioi told ABC News: "It was a young teen event. There were kids.
"The kid I was holding in my lap, he was 14-years-old that got shot.
"And then there was a little girl who also got shot and she was 13.
"One of the security guard's daughters got shot, so I mean there were kids 13,14,15,16."
Police: Two more people detained for questioning
Two more people have been detained for questioning in connection with the shooting in the parking lot of a Florida nightclub.
In a statement police, who have already arrested a 'person of interest', said they were seeking to determine a motive.
Two people were killed and another 17 were injured in the shooting.
The injuries of the wounded in the attack ranges from minor to life-threatening, police said.
'Person of interest' detained after nightclub shooting
A 'person of interest' has been detained after a nightclub shooting in which at least two people were killed and more than a dozen were injured.
Police said the person was arrested at another location and that shots were fired - lightly injuring another person - five blocks away.
Club Blu, where the shooting happened, was hosting a teen night when someone opened fire.
The shooting comes a month after lone gunman Omar Mateen opened fire in a gay club in Orlando killing 49 people in the deadliest mass shooting in US history.
